Who we build for
The same way of working, a different fit. By the kind of organization — a small business, a school, or several departments on one case — and by the field where the work actually runs.
By type of organization
A management system for a small or mid-size business
A small business has no department to roll software out. It needs one path that works - request, customer, next step - without a wide license nobody opens.
A system for a school or a college
A school manages people, groups, dates, and approvals. When that lives in forms and email, leadership sees the gap only after it has already become a problem with a parent or a student.
A system for several teams sharing one case
In an organization the problem is usually not a lack of software. Reception, handling, and finance each keep a different version of the same person, request, or vendor.
By field
Client management for a brokerage
The listing lives on a portal, the buyer lives in WhatsApp, and the exclusive lives in the head of the agent who met the seller. After the viewing there is no single record of who came, what was rejected, and who should call back.
Matter management for a law firm
A new client is opened before anyone checks whether the firm already represents the other side. The court date sits in one lawyer’s calendar, and the associate does not see it until someone asks.
Client management for an accounting firm
In January every client is equally urgent. Documents arrive in WhatsApp, the missing list sits with whoever spoke to the client, and a filing is recorded only when someone remembers to update the sheet.
Client management for a tax advisor
An assessment, an annual return, and an appeal run at the same time. The real date belongs to the tax authority, not to the spreadsheet. An advisor with dozens of files discovers a gap only when the client calls in a panic.
Client management for an insurance agent
The policy lives at the insurer, the renewal lives in the agent’s head, and the claim lives in a chat with the customer. At month end nobody can say which renewals closed and which never got a call.
Running a dental clinic
Reception books the appointment, the dentist changes the treatment plan in the room, and the patient leaves without knowing the next step. The recall depends on a note, not on a date on the chart.
Running a private clinic
A new patient fills a questionnaire in WhatsApp, the practitioner does not see it before the session, and a no-show stays a dead slot on the calendar. A series of ten sessions is counted from memory.
Running a veterinary clinic
The dog and the cat in the same home are not the same appointment. The next vaccine is on a note, and a field visit does not return to the clinic chart until evening, if at all.
Job management for a renovation contractor
The quote went out on WhatsApp, the change on site was said out loud, and the crew arrives in the morning without knowing which room was closed yesterday. The client asks why the price moved, and there is no line that shows the extra.
Project management for an architecture studio
The drawing goes to the client by email, comments come back on WhatsApp, and the version sent to the contractor is not always the one that was approved. Permitting and construction drawings share the same folder.
Running event production
The hall is confirmed, catering is still a quote, and the DJ said yes out loud. On the day, the run of show sits with the producer, and the on-site crew works from a group chat.
Client management for a digital agency
The brief is in a file, the approval is in WhatsApp, and the campaign runs even when the client never approved the latest version. At month end the retainer goes out with no list of what actually went live.
Placement management for a staffing company
The client asks for people on a site, the candidate was approved by phone, and the hours arrive at week’s end on a sheet that does not match who actually showed up. The same person appears once as a candidate and again as a placement.
Lead management for a car dealership
The lead arrived from a portal and from the site, the test drive was set by phone, and the car was already sold when another salesperson booked it. After the drive there is no record of what the customer rejected.
Job management for a cleaning company
The client calls to say something was not cleaned. The office does not know whether the crew was on site, whether a skipped room was marked, or whether this is a repeat complaint on the same building.
Order management for a moving company
The order was closed by phone from a room count. On the day there is a hoist that was never priced, the crew is already on another truck, and the customer is waiting with boxes that were not in the call.
Running a gym
The membership was opened at the desk, the freeze was approved out loud, and the class is overbooked because the calendar does not know who already registered. Someone who has not come for two months is still being billed, or the reverse, training with a membership that already ended.
Running a beauty institute
The client bought a package, the appointment was booked with a specific therapist, and the balance is counted from a card file. A cancellation an hour prior leaves an empty chair, and nobody calls the person waiting for that same therapist.
Account management for a wholesaler
A repeat order arrives on WhatsApp, the price depends on the customer, and credit was approved out loud because the previous invoice is still open. The warehouse releases goods before anyone sees that the limit was crossed.
Running a coworking space
The member pays for a desk, yesterday’s guest was never logged, and the meeting room was booked twice because the calendar on the wall is not tied to billing. At month end the extra hours are added by hand.
Managing solar installations
The survey is done, the quote went out, and the permit is stuck with no date. The install crew arrives at a roof that is not ready, because the status was updated by the engineer and not by operations.
Shift management for a security company
The client requires a guard on a post. In practice someone was replaced in the middle of the night, and the incident was written in a group. In the morning nobody can show who was there and what was handled.
