Does this replace the drawing software?
No. Drawing stays in the studio’s software. This system tracks the stage, the version, and whether the client approved. It is not a drafting tool.
How do you roll this out without stopping open projects?
One new project goes first, with one stage. Projects already underway join only at their next stage, not by rebuilding the whole history.
Does the contractor see the same system?
Not necessarily. The contractor receives the version approved for construction. Site extras and the crew live on the renovation page, not inside the drawing folder.
