Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to the Spacode web application, admin dashboard, and related websites and services operated under the Spacode name.

1. Acceptance
By using Spacode services you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the services.
2. Description of Service
Spacode provides software development, CRM, mobile applications, team training and rollout, dashboards, and related professional services as agreed in separate engagement.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, use services lawfully, and not misuse or attack the systems.
4. Third-Party Services
Integrations with third parties are subject to their terms. Spacode is not responsible for third-party availability or policies.
5. Intellectual Property
Spacode materials remain Spacode property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customer content remains yours subject to the license needed to provide the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Spacode is not liable for indirect damages. The service is provided “as is” unless expressly stated otherwise in an agreement.
7. Termination
We may suspend access for breach or as required. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes subject to Israeli courts.
