A mobile app on the same core as the web
The office works comfortably on a large screen, and the field stays on screenshots and group chats. We build the phone actions on the same server and the same permissions, not as an app with a database of its own.
Who it is for
For a team that works away from a desk - instructors, technicians, reps - or for customers who need one short action on a phone. A poor fit for a brochure app with no operational process behind it.
Problems this page addresses
The field works outside the system
Reports, approvals, and status happen in WhatsApp, and the office copies them in after the day is over.
Two copies of the same record
A separate app holds yesterday’s data, and the double correction falls on whoever stayed in the office.
Every change waits on a store
A form or a sentence needs a new release, even when there is no reason to touch device code.
What you get
Short screens for the field
Report, approve, and status. Not a copy of the office dashboard on a five-inch screen.
The same server as the web
A permission that ends in the office ends on the phone too. There is no nightly sync closing the gap.
Process changes without a release
When the change is content, a field, or a rule, it ships without waiting for store review.
Common questions
Do we need a store app, or is a phone site enough?
If the action is a form, a status, and a photo, a phone-ready site on the same core is enough and updates immediately. A store app is justified when you need ongoing camera access, push notifications, or work on a weak connection that needs a local queue.
Does field staff see the whole system?
No. The phone shows the action for that role: an instructor sees their group, not the management report.
What happens with no signal?
Actions that can wait are kept on the device and sent when the network returns. Actions that need a live number, such as the last unit in stock, wait for a connection and say so on screen.

A school manages people, groups, dates, and approvals. When that lives in forms and email, leadership sees the gap only after it has already become a problem with a parent or a student.
A core system instead of a pile of tools

A CRM shaped around how you already work
An off-the-shelf CRM asks the team to adopt someone else’s stages and fields. We build the record around the approvals, statuses, and fields that already decide who the customer is and what happens next.
