Managing solar installations
The survey is done, the quote went out, and the permit is stuck with no date. The install crew arrives at a roof that is not ready, because the status was updated by the engineer and not by operations.
Who it is for
For an installer with several roofs at once: survey, approval, and installation on a later day. A poor fit for an equipment supplier with no crew that goes on the roof.
Problems this page addresses
A quote with no roof finding
The capacity in the quote does not match what the survey found: shade, the electrical panel, or access. The correction happens after the customer already approved a number.
A permit with no owner
The application was filed. Nobody knows whether a customer document is missing or the authority has not answered, so installation is booked on an empty date.
An install day with no conditions
The crew leaves without knowing whether the roof is clear, whether the building electrician is coming, and whether the equipment is already on site.
What you get
A survey before the quote
Roof findings are recorded on the project, including what blocks it. The quote comes from the finding, not from a number said on the phone.
A permit status
Not filed, document missing, waiting on the authority, approved. An install date opens only after approval, or is marked as install-at-risk if you decided otherwise.
An install day for the crew
Address, equipment, and what must be ready on the roof. The crew updates from the phone whether they went up, whether they got stuck, and what is left to close.
Common questions
How do you roll this out without stopping roofs already in progress?
A new project starts with a survey and a quote. A roof already being installed joins only with the next work day, not with the whole permit history.
Does the crew on the roof write a report?
Not a report. Three marks: up, exception, left to close. An exception is one short line and a photo. The long report is not written in the sun.
What if a renovation contractor is on the same roof?
If the roof is part of a renovation, access can show on their site. On your side the survey, the permit, and install day remain. A renovation quote is not mixed with a system quote.

A mobile app on the same core as the web
The office works comfortably on a large screen, and the field stays on screenshots and group chats. We build the phone actions on the same server and the same permissions, not as an app with a database of its own.
Job management for a renovation contractor
The quote went out on WhatsApp, the change on site was said out loud, and the crew arrives in the morning without knowing which room was closed yesterday. The client asks why the price moved, and there is no line that shows the extra.
