customer management: how the team receives it

a field-service company needs customer management you can open tomorrow morning, not a demo. Each customer has one card: what they asked, what was promised, and what is still open.

Handing over customer management for a field-service company is not an email with a password. We sit with the people who work, on real work, until someone on the team can know which job was closed and which is still open without help.

Each customer has one card: what they asked, what was promised, and what is still open. A new request opens on the card, not in a group. Status is updated where the team works. If only the person who built it knows where to click, it has not been handed over.

the dispatcher, the technician and the customer get access according to what they do, and a short explanation: where you approve, where you do not touch, and what to do when something looks wrong.

The day after handover there is one channel for questions. Not a new group that competes with the system. There is no “who spoke to them yesterday”. The card says.

A salesperson sees their customers. Management sees the picture. Finance sees what the invoice needs. We do not build a fake sales pipeline. We put in what the business actually does with a customer.

For a field-service company, “how the team receives it” is a practical test of customer management, not a headline. the dispatcher, the technician and the customer need to know what is going on without asking in the group. There is no “who spoke to them yesterday”. The card says. Bring what a customer looks like for you: the fields people actually fill, not twenty fields nobody touches. We do not build a fake sales pipeline. We put in what the business actually does with a customer. The example stays the work of a field-service company: jobs in a group, addresses in a voice note, and job completion on the technician’s phone. If you cannot point to one step that enters the system and one step that stays with a person, you do not yet understand their day, and there is no point building a screen. The call is booked only after there is a real example from this week, not a general description, and the system stays the business’s.

If a field-service company wants customer management as part of one software house, the next conversation is about the work itself: AI agents, a secure information system and a WhatsApp bot as an official Meta provider, with human approval before anything goes to a customer. We do not add clients or numbers we do not have.
