Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Spacode ("we", "our", "the Service") – including our website, applications, and any related services – you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Spacode provides a business dashboard and platform for managing and publishing content across multiple social media channels, including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The Service allows users to schedule posts, manage accounts, and analyze performance from a single interface.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering or using the Service.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of each connected platform (TikTok, Meta, etc.).
- Not use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or content that infringes on intellectual property or violates third-party rights.
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service.
4. Third-Party Platforms
The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and policies. Spacode is not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party platforms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any connected platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, and materials provided by Spacode – including the Spacode name, logo, and branding – are owned by Spacode or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Spacode a limited license to process and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spacode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Spacode in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall remain in effect.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
